As we provide remote based support for your Dynamics Nav application, we do not anticipate any impact (now or in the future) of this service to you from the changes imposed by the COVID-19 outbreak. However we have already taken appropriate steps to ensure the welfare of our staff by ensuring they work from home.
Just to confirm we can provide Dynamics Nav support no matter where you need it as long as you have internet access, you can access your Dynamics Nav application and you allow us to use TeamViewer to provide support on your desktop.
This also applies to our Dynamics Nav training. Other services we provide are completed remotely by default – examples include developments (objects, reports) and configuration / data migration. More details available at https://www.dynamicsnavukhelp.co.uk/.
