Manage a project to ensure delivered to specification, on time and in budget. This may include the full project process (planning, process map, requirements spec, gap analysis, solution and implementation), fix a project failing to deliver or provide specific services for particular stages of a project.

Conversion of data from legacy systems for loading into Nav using Excel and the Nav dataport functionality. Data loads include master files (customer, vendor details for example), configuration files and transactions files (opening positions).
Training at your site. Options are structured training by module, questions and answers session or you set the agenda. More details here.

Report writing training or we develop the reports for you.
Training includes how to create a report from scratch, amend an existing report, section design (2009 and before), layout design (2009 RTC onwards) and MS Word templates design.
