What information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you when you employ the above services. We only request information essential for providing you with these services and none above and beyond this. Our lawful basis for the personal data we hold is Contract.
Do we share your information with third parties?
Unless expressly requested and authorised by you we do not share your information with anyone else.
How can I access my data?
You can request access or collect your data at any time. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information please contact us on the information at the bottom of the page.
How long is your data held for?
We will hold your database (data and objects) and contact details whilst you are a client. When you cease to be a customer (and therefore no longer use our Dynamics Nav services), within 6 months of this date we will delete all local copies of your database (data and objects) as well as your contact details.
How is your data protected?
We protect your electronic data with multiple anti-virus and anti-spyware software, operating system updates on a timely basis and with daily external hard drive backups. Physical data is protected in our office by locks and an alarm.
We would like to send you information about our services and/or offers on our services that we think may be of interest to you. If you would prefer not to be contacted about these you can request to opt out. This request will be logged against your customer details on our records.
