We can develop the reports against a user spec. You provide the specification of what is required (this will depend on the report type), we confirm a quote and then complete the development against the specification and quote.
For document type reports, the user specification will include the document layout. For tabular type reports, the user specification will include column headings required and any totalling required.The user spec for both types of reports will include a note of any filtering required.
Our quotes are fixed price. You will NOT be charged any more than quoted. Equally any change to the original specification will be escalated to you.
All report developments completed will be supported by step by step instructions (including screen dumps) on how to use the new report.
Our only requirements to completed this type of development are:

• Completion of our change request forms. We will complete this based in information supplied by you.
• A copy of the live database (this will be used for completing the report development).
• Access to your live or test database (this will enable us to complete a back up of live and load in the completed report to test and live).

We provide a 2 day super user course (for up to 3 super users) to train your staff to write reports in Nav. This course includes the provision of training material (on memory sticks, step by step process instructions supported by screen dumps) and is interactive.

User access to a test database will be required.

This training is specifically aimed at Finance department users or any user that has a requirement for reporting from the Nav general ledger. This typically includes creating management accounts style reports. Hence it will focus on accounts schedules, column layouts and dimensional analysis.

We can supply a suggested agenda or create an agenda / training material based on your specific requirements.

All training provided on client premises and on a 1 to 1 basis or to a group of users.
We can over training on all versions of Nav from Navision Financials 2.0 upwards to Dynamics Nav 2018 (Classic, development environment and RTC). Includes versions 2.x, 3.x, 4.x, 5.x, 2009, 2013, 2016, 2017 and 2018. GB and other versions covered. We also provide support for Dynamics 365 Business Central On Premise.
Training session styles may be any one of the following:
1. Interactive.
2. Guided - not interactive but a run through Nav processes and menus by the trainer via a projector etc.
3. Actioned - where as well as training a user some work is also completed at the same time. This does require access to a live database.
Interactive training sessions involve users using the Nav database throughout. Users are therefore taken through the Nav learning curve very quickly. In addition to make sure users retain the knowledge,  supporting training material is included at no additional cost for the core Nav modules (General ledger, Sales & Receivables, Purchase & Payables, Fixed Assets). This training material includes step by step instructions with supporting screen dumps. It is provided in pdf or Ms Word file format.

This is training specific to Jet Reports no matter which edition is on use.

The training will be provided on site and includes a session on where data may be found within the Nav application to provide background on how to design the Jet report. There is also then a session on designing jet reports and using / changing examples provided on the web.
