Responsible for sales and promotion and day to day tasks including book keeping and admin. Runs a payroll and accounting service for a number of Dynamics Nav and other clients. Dynamics Nav user and trainer. Qualified AAT. 

Experienced Dynamics Nav consultant covering all versions of Dynamics Nav (and Navision for older versions) including the latest Dynamics 365 Business Central which includes Dynamics Nav 2018. Main role is first line support for Dynamics Nav but he also completes development to client spec and provides remote training to clients using a desktop application like TeamViewer.

Keeps up to date about new features in the annual new version of Dynamics Nav but also never stops learning about new features / fixes in newer versions of Nav. He has a known issues list which we usually have a fix for.

Managed all internal IT infrastructure including IT security, IT software and hardware.

Chartered accountant with 20 years experience of being a member of or latterly running finance departments followed by 16 years running FPC as managing director using the experience gained at Hays Plc to provide Dynamics Nav expertise. In August 2018 Neil stepped back to allow Paul and Emily to run the business. Neil is now an additional Dynamics Nav or accounting resource for FPC when needed and was appointed Company Secretary of FPC since last year.
