What is this service?

This offers a combination of first line Dynamics Nav / Dynamics 365 Business Central support and an option for either development or remote training each month.

How does it differ from current services?

 This combines a number of existing Dynamics Nav / Dynamics 365 Business Central Services we provide into one service charged at a fixed cost each month. But we are offering the additional selected service at up to 50% off.

 

The service includes each month:
First line support for your key contact end user each working day AND an option each month to either have:

A development of up to a maximum of 1 day OR

Remote training session(s) of up to a maximum of 1 day.

What does this new service offer you?

Better improved value for minimal commitment. Simple really!

 

How much will this cost?

£400 plus VAT per month.

This represents £100 per month for fixed cost first line support and £300 per month for either a remote training session or a development.

This is 50% of the usual charge for this type of service every month you pay for it.

A great deal!

The T&Cs

The fixed price first line support service charge at £100 presumes all user Dynamics Nav application issues are raised with us by your nominated key contact. If you would prefer your users to contact us directly, the charge would be £200 per month.

 

The fixed price first line support service is defined by a service level agreement which confirms what the service is, the office hours the service covers, key contact details with FPC and your business and what the service covers / does not cover. Contact us for a sample SLA.

 

You choose which option you prefer each month in the month when you want to use one or other of the free options.

 

Unused training days or developments each month are lost if not used in the month. There is no carry forward/back of unused training days or development days.

 

This is not a fixed term contract – it is a rolling contract. To cancel the service, just contact us before the next billing cycle (we bill on the 1st of the month for that month).

 

All optional services are provided remotely and not at your site. Development by their nature will always be provided remotely as the development will be completed at your site on a copy of your database and will be completed against your spec.
