Nav CRM

The off the shelf product includes customer relationship management functionality. Not as good as, and not to be confused with, Dynamics CRM but nonetheless comprehensive for basic needs.

The Dynamics Nav application is installed with all functonality but your licence restricts what you can see and use.

The Dynamics Nav CRM functionality is not found under a separate module but within the Sales and Marketing module under the Sales sub menu group with menu groups Contacts, Opportunities and Campaigns.

If you cannot see these, this functionality is not in your current licence. In this case contact your Solution Centre for a quote to upgrade your licence. Or contact us and we will get a Solution Centre business partner to confirm the price.

In brief the functionality covers contacts management (the end to end process with hopefully customer account creation for orders placed), opportunity management (including assignment of sale cycles, probablities and pipeline reporting) and campaign management.

As this functionality is part of the Dynamics Nav product, links to other related sub ledgers / functional areas is seemless.
