Enhanced first line fixed price support

How is this different from first line fixed price support?

Just the same as fixed price first line support except in addition you get a free mornings on site support (at your site) once a quarter. Subject to T's and C's - please see below.

Benefits

The same as fixed price first line support PLUS a chance to discuss queries face to face once a quarter.

What is the next step?

We just need to know:

  • Which version of Dynamics Nav you are on?
  • How many users are there under your licence?
  • Which Nav modules are in use?
  • What level of support is required?
    • Will super users filter out queries or
    • Will end users contact us directly with any support issues?

When we have this information we will confirm a quoted fixed cost per month and a proposed start date. Don't forget there is no fixed term for the support - we will bill at the beginning of each month for that month. As long as you cancel the support before we raise the bill, there is nothing further to pay.

So just email us with these details and we will confirm a quote for this service.

T's and C's

This is an optional add-on to the fixed price first line support service and so it can only operate with this service.

There is no charge for any travel costs involved.

Only 1 visit to a single client site per quarter.

Does not need to be the same client site each quarter.

Requires the last 3 fixed price support invoices to be paid in full prior to the visit.

Just give us some dates and we will confirm availability and book in the visit.

There are no refunds for on site visits not booked in a quarter.

You cannot carry over 1 quarter's half day on site to the next quarter.

Basically use it or lose it!
